Our order delivery is divided into three parts:

Processing Time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The team process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.Â
Regular delivery usually takes about 2–3 business days for customers in North Island, and 3-5 days to South Island.Â
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase.
We confirm stock availability within 7 days, and inform the posting service, with tracking details.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
